When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional) and the message you write. We do not collect payment information on this website.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and follow up about the project you asked about. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who can see it

Your details are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and may be emailed to our team through an email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf. We share data with others only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is earlier.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us below.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and map and chart scripts from jsDelivr, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
